A father told a would-be hit man he’d have no regrets about having his family killed — even his 7-year-old daughter — but he did have some requests, authorities said.
John Orlowski wanted his estranged wife and mother-in-law shot twice in the head, according to an FBI agent’s affidavit. For his little girl, Orlowski wanted one shot to the chest so she could have an open casket, court records said.

The gang member, who belongs to the Crips and has a long criminal record, was troubled by the plot, especially the prospect of killing a child, the FBI said.

During the recorded conversation, he repeatedly expressed concern that Orlowski might regret the killing of his daughter, but Orlowski assured him he would have no such regret, saying at one point, “It’s got more to do with my wife than anything,” according to the FBI affidavit.
